This is current state
Console
User-Agent: SignalR.Client/2.0.0.0 (Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0)
WinStoreC#
User-Agent: SignalR.Client/2.0.0 (Unknown OS)
SL5
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.31 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/26.0.1410.64 Safari/537.31
WP8
SignalR.Client.WP7/2.0.0.0 (Microsoft Windows NT 8.0.9903.0)

I suggest we change two values:
WinStoreC#
User-Agent: SignalR.Client.WindowsStoreCSharp/2.0.0 (Unknown OS)
WP8
SignalR.Client.WindowsPhone/2.0.0.0 (Microsoft Windows NT 8.0.9903.0)
