SqlServer - Use real schema instead of deprecated "dbo" #943

@akrohn

The table used in SqlInstall.cs is using the deprecated schema "dbo". How about using the schema "SignalR"?

So full table name would be [SignalR].[Schema] instead of [dbo].[SignalR_Schema]. This would conform with the suggestion of Microsoft for naming tables in newer SQL Server versions and comply with the ansi standard.

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190387(v=sql.105).aspx
