…hardcoded, configuration variables, it's also passed to configuration block (if passed) as a second argument, after server instance. Some of the settings are used before it's possible to change them from inside the block though, need to fix that. Also access from inside the app would be helpful.

…blic. Previously `zappa app.coffee` would only create and initialize any web apps if app.coffee contained any handler definitions (get, post, msg, etc). If it was empty, the command above wouldn't do anything. Now a "blank" express app always gets created by default. If no handlers are defined (or even if app.coffee is completely empty) the default app will still be initialized, and serve static files from the /public dir as any zappa app does by default.
…ger simply dies with an exception but prints a more friendly error before a process.exit(-1). Untested, but all examples appear to function correctly against the change.
