Describe the bug
When adding a content block or activitiy, the page jumps all the way to the top.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. add content to a page
  2. Choose "Insert Content"
  3. NOTICE: Page jumps to top.

Expected behavior
Page does not jump to top

This is still an issue, tested in Chrome on Windows 10

Need to save scroll position when adding content/activity blocks
