Add an option to allow freeze to continue when a 404 error is returned #40

It can be usefull when your application is in development.
I have named it FREEZER_IGNORE_404_NOT_FOUND.
The new option is covered by the documentation and the unit tests.
I hope it will be usefull.

Is it just for 404, or would it make sense to do the same for all errors?


The idea was that there is already many configuration keys, and when adding more I’d like to generalize if possible instead of having key dedicated to a very narrow purpose. But in this case, just 404 makes sense.
