Facebook AppCenter page - Visit website link throws error #111

if you publish an AppCenter page, there is a link to Visit the Website on the right. It takes you to api.singly.com which is not the intended result, but happens because api.singly.com is listed as the website url for callbacks.

@bcbroussard I found a setting at https://developers.facebook.com/apps/:id/appcenter that will override your "Visit App Website" link. Scroll all the way to the bottom of that page.

When something isn't specified there, we should avoid this error by landing on dev.singly.com for now, and maybe singly.com when there's a full, useful splash page.
