Description

The uploaded file is transferred to the CM server. The CD server may not have any access to the master database so that link cannot be generated.
Mail contains no attachments and 'Sitecore.Form.Core.Media.PostedFile' would be injected instead of link to the uploaded file.

Instructions
  1. Download the Sitecore.Support.67791-8.1.2.0.zip file.
  2. Extract the archive to the Website folder of CD instance (server) in the solution, overwrite existing files if any conflicts occur.
