    This will make life easier for DB devs, as GOSSIP_OPTION_QUESTGIVER no longer need to be filled in to gossip_menu_option table.
    
    Menu option with GOSSIP_OPTION_QUESTGIVER and conditions will work as before.
    
    Core/Quests: Make SPELL_EFFECT_QUEST_COMPLETE always positive

    - Still not finished with this batch script. but it works atm
    - just basic functions, and user needs to edit settings manually.
    - the shell script is in same catagory, atm it works, but is not done.
    - If these will remain in core repo, ive not decided.

    …the repo. They serve no particular purpose to the project other than consume precious time of the developers having to maintain it. If you're using SFDB, this shouldn't affect you in any way since the full world database is periodically dumped and uploaded.
