to test and verify, go in the rift and look how scions now have a texture instead of the default ones
you can also use a vampire minion

if anyone encounter any other wrong skin where hypixel also send wrong base64, just send the log and we can add it to the replacement hashmap

sadly it's not the same issue, what i target is "player skins" not head skins which do not work in the same way
i'm also looking to fix them and i'll do another PR if i find a way to fix it because it will require another code

so if you find NPCs with the steve/alex/any of the new skin textures then send your log in an issue or here if it's still unmerged and i'll add it to this
