Issue Description:

I am the modpack author. the description is below. (and above)

What happens:

capacitor banks don't connect if they have different amounts of power

What you expected to happen:

The capacitors just connect properly all the time.

Steps to reproduce:

1.get vibrant* capacitor banks with varying power levels
2.go to the tardis dimension*
3.try to use the capacitor banks in a multiblock
*unsure of importance


Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: EnderIO-1.7.10-2.2.8.381 (the only version I could get for 1.7.10)
  • EnderCore: not necessary for this version? don't have.
  • Minecraft: 1.7.10
  • Forge: 1.7.10-Forge10.13.4.1566-1.7.10:universal

Your most recent log file where the issue was present:

the issue is present but not actually reproduced in this particular log, and minecraft was not closed. ask for another if necessary.
