I wrote a custom file store that returns a different filename on save, but that filename isn't then stored in the database - the old one is. I'm willing to believe that I'm doing it wrong, but I've followed the django and Easy Thumbnails docs, and near as I can tell I've got everything set up as I should.
Custom file storage: http://pastebin.com/2uAPc4s3
Usage, from a model declaration:
thumbnail = ThumbnailerImageField(upload_to='parse/', thumbnail_storage=ParseStorage(), blank=True, null=True)
Fixed, I think. I'm getting some errors elsewhere, but I think that's my user code.
files.py line 405:
--- save_thumbnail(thumbnail, self.thumbnail_storage)
+++ thumbnail.name = save_thumbnail(thumbnail, self.thumbnail_storage)
Nevermind. Totally not fixed.
