For all users:

  • What kind of computer or phone do I need to have to use this system? (#298)
  • What file types and file sizes are allowed for the license and certification scans? (#263 and #192) [Possible answer: The site currently does not limit the file types you can upload, but to make sure the state staff can read the file, the recommended file types are PDF, PNG, and JPEG. The maximum file size is 512 megabytes (512 MB).]
  • What if my question isn't answered here?

For service agents:

For service admins:

  • What is a Category Of Service for an enrollment, and why/how do you use it?
  • What is the approval workflow and why can a service admin approve some enrollments and not others?
  • How can a service admin renew an enrollment?
  • What software should I use when viewing various filetypes? (#406)

For providers:

  • Can I do this on paper instead?
  • How long will it take to process my enrollment?
  • If the state rejects my enrollment, how do I learn the reason and appeal?
  • Will I get a reminder when it's time to renew my enrollment?
  • How do I renew my enrollment? (#401)
  • I know nothing is going to change in my enrollment next year. Can I ask you to auto-renew my enrollment?
  • What should I do if I suspect someone is illegitimately using my enrollment to engage in Medicaid fraud?
  • How does enrolling differ from credentialling? [Potential answer to double-check: The Provider Screening Module is how states screen providers (checking whether they are excluded from participating), rather than
credential them (checking whether they are qualified to participate). The PSM does help states check credentialling authorities (such as PECOS, the federal Medicare Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System), when possible.]
  • Why and how would a provider enroll multiple times? (See #382 (comment) and #382 (comment) and #382 (comment) .)
