the bug is simple , it shows 2 persons (me the owner) and me again but , blocked and im the blocked one and i cant acess my own network
i dont know how to do that bug is some sort of error in the code

It's due to the change of UUID, for example, when switching between online and offline modes. You may need to fix NBT data manually, or just use a admin configurator to transfer ownership.
