Fix for #77, updated default blocks to match what is sane. Will delete unneeded blocks on prod through admin page.
Fix for #175 to insert original sub automatically.
added some blank lines and removed stuff that balance tags breaks.
Fixed Editors' Notes so that they will migrate from subs to stories and will save properly to the db. Updated the two colums for this to match and to set a reasonable size varchar filed.
