Added a new plugin vimwiki/vimwiki into tools layer.

Settings are not still perfect. Global mappings will not conflict with SpaceVim, but local mappings will.
We need to create ftplugin for vimwiki and load it before default ftplugin loading.
(Vimwiki won't map keys if it's already mapped.)
