When using the UIScrollView for updating the page control's current page
use the trailing edge on reverse instead of the leading edge.  This 
removes funny edge affects on bounces and makes the forward & backward 
scrolling experiences the same.

Hey there @club15cc, sorry for the long delay in responding. The code here looks fine, but I'm not quite understanding what problem we're solving. Can you help me setup a sample that will illustrate the improvement?

Basically, I think it was like this: When moving forward the PageControl changes tick when you are almost at the next page, but when moving backwards it ticks as soon as you move any amount. Really they should behave the same (have the same hysteresis) in both directions. There shounldn't need to to be any special setup required to observe this I dont think....it's been a while!
