"Required dots" on /NewFamily page are missing - v7beta

Prerequisites

Description

On the /NewFamily page the red dots on required fields are missing. Dev here says it's because the FA icons are referencing a developer.css instead of theme.css (as the Campus label does, which is not broken on that page.)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to /NewFamily page
2. Observe the required dots on Role, Name, Connection Status are missing.

Expected behavior:

Red dots on required fields

Actual behavior:

Some are missing. I think they might also look fine if you have FA installed on local machine?
