When working inside visual studio a build (for instance pressing CTRL+SHIFT+B) assembly signing is turned off. When invoking the NAnt build script the default is to assembly sign. Assembly signing can be turned of using '-D:project.signassembly=false'.
…ain. Some test runners (R# test runner for instance) will load assemblies from a temporary directory. This fix will make the test code robust when this happens.
…R 4. This is a no way perfect fix, but still better than the previous situation, where the.NET 3.5 compiler was always used. The problem is that when precompiling views no 'system.codedom' config value is present, because this is bootstrapped by the .NET Fx installutil.exe utility. This fix makes it possible to target .NET 4 by using the .NET 4 installutil.exe. Also when precompiling views in automated tests, the CLR version of the test runner can be either CLR 2 or CLR 4. The fix will prevent problems like the one discussed in this thread http://groups.google.com/group/spark-dev/browse_thread/thread/7b7ed890fa8fa417. I found that my R# testrunner used CLR 2 (in a project targeting .NET 3.5), but TDD.NET v3 testrunner in vs2010 used CLR 4 in a project targeting .NET 3.5.
