00-load-modsec.t test case is disregarding others that are not Apache. #643

It is trying to match "ModSecurity for Apache.* configured". It should try to match "ModSecurity for nginx.* configured", in case the nginx version is being used/tested.

By 7478faa we have the ability to match different content depending on the verison/port. Using this functionality to correct handle that simple use case, committed at: 3cf1701
