For whatever reason, the contents of the TkitnerDnD directory weren't being recognized. I temporary removed the enchancement
Update version numbers.

There is no Tkinter improvement in this pull request despite the branch name.
This branch includes improvements for NSIS parsing. The NSIS parsing has been tested against normal group of samples. (Some vestiges were also removed from the NSIS parser.)
Added a use-case for when the certificate is used to contain junk.
