CAN BE COMPATIBLE

All shaders in this section have a tweak configuration to be fixed, still look nicely and show your god-bless pictures
If you found any "can be" compatible shader tell me on my Discord

2.1.0 REWRITES THE RENDERER, MAKING THIS SECTION OUTDATED,
PLEASE REPORT ANY NEW SHADER ISSUE ON DISCORD

BSL Shaders (most compatible)

One of my prefer shaderpacks to test with waterframes and use on my game
You can keep default config and looks great. of course pictures can look much better with this changes

  • Enter into ShaderPack Settings -> Color -> Blocklight color
  • Put all RGB values to max (255)
  • Intensity to 0.5

The only thing i hate about this shaderpack... is the 4 versions just to separate shaderpack profiles
but still keeps the same lighting configuration in all profiles

This shaderpack have bocklight properties and isn't customizable so you can't modify blocklight intensity to enhance frames, but can be still half-solved

  • Enter into ShaderpackSettings
  • Change RP Support to another option EXCEPT Integrated PBR+
  • (Optional) Enter into Lighting
  • (Optional) Change Blocklight Color to Natural

CANNOT BE COMPATIBLE

No exists any change to be compatible WATERFrAMES with shaderpacks listed here
tweak configuration to make pictures looks good breaks other visual aspects of the shaderpack or aren't recomendable
You have to talk with the shaderpack creator to fix it (i can't do nothing on my side)

This shaderpack is completly incompatible (compatibility mode do nothing).
Of course if you want to use this shader with waterframes (you can) you have 2 options:

  • Reduce brightness on frames (also reduces brightness for all without the shaderpack or using other different)
  • Reduce blocklight intensity to 0.10 (also reduces light of all blocks like glowstone)
