The pinning of python-didl-lite to 1.2.4 block the installation of the package on Fedora. Fedora ships python-didl-lite-1.2.5.

Could you please publish/tag 0.14.15 on GitHub as well? Thanks

During the RPM build process we are running the unit tests and the PyPI source doesn't contain the tests folder.
