Quick/Top navigation should support search based navigation.
As per community request:

On a team site, add two Search Result Pages (All Team Content and My Content). The Search Results are scoped to that team site and some related site collections (defined in the Query in Content Search WebPart). That is DONE thanks the awesome SPMeta2 framework.

After that I need to update the Search Navigation ("Search Verticals") manually. I want to be that step a part of the provisioning model. The process is something like that

Ensure "All Team Content" is in the Search Navigation
Ensure "My Content" is in the Search Navigation.

I would like to be able to have it like this:

web => {
web.AddSearchNavigation(<mynavigation-definition>);
web.AddSearchNavigation(<mynavigation-defintion2>);
}
