There's an issue with concurrentModificitionExceptoin being thrown. It
doesn't end the game or interupt anything, but it's something that
should at least be known.
Fixing an accidental change.
Bullet width and height were changed to test something, I forgot to
change it back before my last commit. Fixed.
Fixed alt + f4 Issue
Input handler went up to 110, needs to be 116 for f4.
