  1. Big fix

    Fixed an issue in EntityManager with draw method.
    ConcurrentModificationExceptions were being thrown heavily, shouldn't be
    doing that anymore. Might consider rewriting other chunks that were
    written similiarly.

    There's an issue with concurrentModificitionExceptoin being thrown. It
    doesn't end the game or interupt anything, but it's something that
    should at least be known.
  3. Fixing an accidental change.

    Bullet width and height were changed to test something, I forgot to
    change it back before my last commit. Fixed.

    Input handler went up to 110, needs to be 116 for f4.

  7. Reverted Collision

    Changed back to save cpu, in exchange for a bit of memory. Nothing to
    worry about.

    Added spawner class. Should eventually be more complex, good thing it's
    its own class.
  9. Major performance issue fixed.

    This should help the CPU. Thread is yielded and gets to sleep. Offscreen
    bullets are also destroyed.

    Just cleaned up lines. Enforcing format, not tabs, but spaces.
    Brackets on next line. Hope this doesn't distress people.

    Holding space doesn't cause continuous flow of bullets now. And example
    enemy is moved farther right.

    Just getting basic utlitity done. Collision hasn't been done yet.
    Player, enemies, entities, and bullets have been defined alone with
    keystrokes for player control.
