Feature request: Please provide documentation as downloadable pdf format on readthedoc #1227

G'day,

Please add a function to build pdf and provide as downloadable documentation on readthedoc website.

It is very useful to browse the documentation offline when internet is not available.

This might be something to look into for the future. For now, the contents on readthedocs are made using MkDocs which doesn't support PDF export.

However, the docs are actually distributed as part of LaTeXTools (in the docs folder of the LaTeXTools extension), so they can be viewed offline using any Markdown viewer.
