Turns out tackling a large sweeping area of concern will introduce bugs. 馃槅

I totally missed the mark for how sequences are compiled. Each node maps the entire set. So, in the case of FirstOrDefault, the entire array is materialized for each node, rather than simply processing the first item in each node. I will look into this to get it working as expected, as well as any other issues that arise here.

  • Fix element selections
  • Consolidate Grouping/GroupBy
