3.9.1942-1 tvheadend stops working after channel switch #1289

I'm using the latest tvheadend from the repos on my ds214play.
With a newly started tvheadend there is a stream always turning on and off: http://i.imgur.com/wXHtoCD.png

Nontheless i can start watching a tv channel on my clients (latest OpenELEC or Windows 7 Client with XBMC running). But as soon as i change the channel Tvheadend HTSP Client loses connection (http://i.imgur.com/ONdcKjH.png) and also the webinterface isn't responding anymore.
Pluging the USB-TV-Stick as well as restarting the tvheadend-testing package are a possible fix. After restarting i can watch 1 channel, but as soon as i want to switch it stops working again. I've seen that the LED of the tv-stick stop lighting up as soon as the error happens.

I'll try if reinstalling/reconfiguring works

There seems to be a problem with the live update feed from Tvheadend. Trying to reconnect...

The problem seems to stem from tvheadend trying to reach oscam:
