Had the wrong value set
Defined constant for the Metronome Volume value range. Added code to set defaultMetronomeVolume in the event that no default metronome volume settings have been saved yet.

Create a default menu to set Default Metronome Volume
The menu allows you to choose a value between 22 and 27 with 27 being the loudest possible metronome volume and 22 being the lowest.
