Step 1 is just viewing the dataset in Galaxy. In step 2, we right click the empty space just above the image and select Inspect Element from the dropdown. This opens the html block for the viewport we see in step 3, with the block for the whole SVG directly above it. In step 4 we copy the html text (Outer HTML gets us the SVG tag + everything it contains, Inner HTML will not include the <svg> block, just everything inside it), and in step 5/6 we paste it into an empty document, and save it as an svg file. The final result is seen in step 7.
