A7800Hawk: High Score Cartridge data not saving #1130

There is a peripheral that never got officially released called the High Score Cartridge, which let you save high scores for a bunch of games. BizHawk supports it and its BIOS file. (7800highscore.bin)

The EMU7800 core supported it perfectly. However, A7800Hawk does not actually save the data, so whenever you play a game, you have to go through the first-time setup of the cart every single time the console is power cycled or reset. It should be saving the data as if it were SRAM for the game cart, right?
