[BUG] Header - When click OR hover on the arrow of any list at the header the listed menu is disappear and the arrow is still selected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to DLS
2. Click on Docs & choose blocks
3. Click on Header
4. See actual behavior

• The listed menu disappears when hovering on the arrow
• When removing the hovering from the arrow the arrow is still selected

Expected behavior

• The menu list should still displayed
• the arrow appears selected
