Hardware variant with 5k resistor in input circuit #17

@BigVulcanDeal wrote about an incompatible hardware variant he received that has a 5k instead of a 20k resistor in the input circuit. Although 5k is a better match for temperatures in the 30 ... 50°C range it of course requires a different linearization table.

Most recently at least 4 W1209 clones have been reported: unfortunately one of them is 8051 based, and thus completely incompatible with STM8 eForth (unless you replace the µC).
