This will allow running Aequatus locally using Ensembl REST API.
To download this particular repository run command git clone https://github.com/TGAC/Aequatus-Docker.git
To start with Ensembl dataset, go to the particular directory with Aequatus-Docker code and run command docker-compose up. It will load ther particular Aequatus instance, it will be available at localhost:8889/ensembl_rest in your browser.
