@sj123sheng 你的命令里是安装了两个包，第一个 mmcm 可以删除掉。

先把其他的包安装完，包括openmim，然后将mmcm的源码git clone到本地，将setup.py中的install_requires干掉，再把subprocess也干掉，最后执行pip install .
