Environment:
ruby: 1.9.3-p327
rails: 3.2.11
sequel version: 3.43.0
sequel-rails version: 0.4.0.pre1
database: PostgreSQL 9.2

rake db:forward fails with:

undefined method 'forward' for Sequel::Migrator:Class

rake db:rollback fails with:

undefined method 'rollback' for Sequel::Migrator:Class

It would be nice to have them.

@JonathanTron JonathanTron Remove `rake db:forward` and `rake db:rollback` tasks (refs #9)
Those tasks makes not much sense in the case of TimeStampMigrator
migrations (used by this gem generator). For more information see:

As Jeremy Evans explained in this post: https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/sequel-talk/eXKNhxrhdBw. Grabing current version when using the TimeStampMigrator class for migration is not something which really makes sense.
Generators for migration in this gem are outputting file using timestamp, thus thos tasks does not make much sense either.
I removed them to prevent further confusion.
