    the output sync'd to the gyros. The 80ns refers to
    high resolution and works well with the 125-250us
    pulses.

    of OneShot. The higher resolution shorter pulses is the
    other important aspect.

    Actuator: remove references to I2C ESCs

    While refactoring the actuator settings, drop the
    old I2C ESC support. No one has reported using it
    in forever and it has probably bitrotted. This
    drops the ChannelAddr field too, which was not
    being used anywhere.
    
    The ChannelAddr may need to return when we use CAN
    ESCs but for now let's remove unused cruft.

    PiOS Servo: remove old soft prescalar

    Previous we got smart about setting the divisor
    for very slow PWM rates. This had the same complexities
    of inferring it for fast rates. Now we have the code to
    set it explicitly, it is easy for someone to create a
    new mode that uses 100khz as the time base, or whatever
    is appropriate for their task.
