This fixes the power port symbols.
While refactoring the actuator settings, drop the old I2C ESC support. No one has reported using it in forever and it has probably bitrotted. This drops the ChannelAddr field too, which was not being used anywhere. The ChannelAddr may need to return when we use CAN ESCs but for now let's remove unused cruft.
Previous we got smart about setting the divisor for very slow PWM rates. This had the same complexities of inferring it for fast rates. Now we have the code to set it explicitly, it is easy for someone to create a new mode that uses 100khz as the time base, or whatever is appropriate for their task.
Trying to infer this is problematic and risks unexpected things. This also makes the settings clearly a per timer property to avoid confusion.
