タスク

vue3からvuexが非推奨になり更新の妨げになるため公式が推しているpiniaに移行を行う

懸念点としては、vuexのプラグインvuex-persistedstateで行っているlocalstorageに投入する実装を自前で用意する必要がある

タスク達成条件

上記の条件を実装する。
feature/vuexToPinia/ 101
というブランチでpushする。
コードレビューを行いマージされたタイミングで達成
