Upgrade to Blade 2.0.4-R1

• Upgrade Blade version
• Optimize print text output
• ContentType remove Charset=UTF-8
• Add TESTDIR

updated some versions and header information, add blade TESTDIR which has passed the local test and passed the vagrant test.
