Video from iPad Pro 2nd Gen is upside down

If I make a video call from my current model iPad Pro 2nd generation, the video is received upside down by the recipient. I have used on FaceTime and there is no issue, so this is a Telegram issue. Please advise.

It's the same for all iOS devices - The people I speak to on iPhone when using desktop on my end I have the same issue with

This issue have already been reported, for a year or so, iPad 8th Gen upside down
#463. But it never been corrected or really answered.

I guess developers doesn’t use iPad.
