What's New:

• User Data Privacy: Data is no longer publicly visible on Mercatus. Instead, you can access a private dashboard using your Zeroa address.
• Mercatus UI Upgrade: The website (https://mercatus.telestai.io/) received a significant UI overhaul, reflecting our end goals more closely and improving user experience.
• Enhanced Data Tracking: While URLs and time spent are securely tracked, they are no longer streamed publicly. Data is aggregated privately, with metrics like total data submitted and cumulative time spent stored for your use.
• Zeroa Seed Phrase Reminder: Always keep your Zeroa seed phrase safe! A new installation will not retain your phrase, so make sure it’s backed up.

• For support or feedback, please screenshot your Zeroa dashboard and share it with the development team.
• Visit the Mercatus website for updated installation guides and more information.
• Mercatus still remains as a development preview for our users.

Mercatus Dev Preview - Data Capture / Streaming

This is a development preview release to test the new streaming data feature. Users are required to opt-in to stream data, which will be publicly accessible to those actively listening to the stream. User security is our top priority, and participants must understand that the data sent will be available on a public dashboard at Telestai Data Faucet.

This release is purely for educational purposes and to gather feedback to improve the system. We thank all participants in the Telestai ecosystem for helping us test these new features. Please follow discord for more updates regarding this system.

We are thrilled to announce the pre-release of the Telestai Chrome Extension v1.0.0-Beta! This version marks a significant milestone in our journey to provide seamless digital signature capabilities within the Telestai ecosystem.

Key Features:

• Generate a New Wallet: Users can now effortlessly create a new wallet using the BIP39 Telestai Mnemonic, ensuring secure and easy access to their digital assets.

• Import Existing Wallets: Seamlessly import your existing wallets using a BIP39 Telestai Mnemonic, making it easier than ever to manage your digital identity.

• Message Signing: Sign messages with your wallet, a crucial feature for authenticating and creating accounts on the Lascaux Testnet. This functionality is designed to enhance user experience and security within the Telestai ecosystem.

Installation Instructions:

To get started with the Telestai Chrome Extension, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the ZIP File: Locate the ZIP file attached to this release.

2. Extract the ZIP File: Unpack the ZIP file to a directory on your computer.

3. Open Chrome Extensions Page:

   • Open Google Chrome.
   • Navigate to chrome://extensions/ in the address bar.

4. Enable Developer Mode:

   • In the top-right corner, toggle the Developer mode switch to the on position.

5. Load the Unpacked Extension:

   • Click on Load unpacked.
   • Select the directory where you extracted the extension files.

6. Enjoy the Features: Once loaded, you can start using the extension to manage your Telestai wallets and sign messages.
