Standalone wrapper & scripts, parallelised primer testing, installation script, version update & minor changes

• there is now a standalone pipeline for primer testing only with its own python and bash wrapper
• Scripts that had to be changed for the standalone pipeline accompany this release (with standalone in script name)
• DiPPER2_wrapper now also exists as python wrapper
• The primer testing module also exists now in a parallelised version with its own shell wrapper
• dependency_install.sh can be used to install dependencies.
• versions have been adjusted in all scripts
• number of required flags have been adjusted in each wrapper script
• additional documentation
• bug fix: primer testing script targets and neighbours output mixup
• additional logging/ debug messages for log file
