[BUG] Problems with tests (pull request) on windows #794

Description
Looking at some pull requests, I noticed that many people are having the same problem when it comes to automatic testing, more specifically on Windows.
Expected Behavior
I believe that most tests are in accordance with the guidelines and should pass the tests on windows as well.
Actual Behavior
Possible Fix
Maybe going back to some versions of the branch, it could be a solution.
