Resolving a peg solitaire

Hey ! I gonna to make a pull request with my algorithm to solve a peg solitaire (this game if you don't know https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peg_solitaire ). I am French so my java doc is in French. Should I translate it or can I leave it like this ? Thank you for your work. Cordially.
