Fet : Add solution for Stone game solution under DP section #4378

Stone game is one of the popular problem for dynamic programming with many variations.
I think we should its implementation in this repo, cause similar type of approach we can use in other DP problems as well, so this will be helpful.
Issue details
Currently Stone game problem implementation is not present in DP section.
