First contributions were marked as "Spam" by bot - Disqualified from hacktoberfest unfairly

In an attempt to contribute to a repository for Hacktoberfest, I ended up submitting a simple caesarian cipher. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the x's located in the check boxes had a space and weren't being filled.

My request was marked as spam by a bot, and being unsure what to do, I closed the request and tried again on a different repository, successfully submitting a different algorithm to the C++ repository. However, since I was flagged for spam, I am unable to earn any prizes, and all of my other contributions have been for naught.

Looking at the FAQ, DigitalOcean suggests contacting maintainers to repeal the spam. If you need any sort of proof or anything, please comment below. Thank you for your time.

(Also, I haven't written Python in a few years, so my code wasn't exactly up-to-date. I apologize.)

One other note - The bot also closed the requests, so I am unable to reopen them to try and contest it, which is why I opened an issue in the first place.

Please provide your PR #. I'll take a look then, but it means there's something wrong spotted with the code

Numbers #4969 and #4970. Just a note that although the code may be wrong, as I don't write a ton of python, I don't think it should be marked as "Spam."

The marking is automated - you should follow what's in Contribution Guidelines. It is important because some mistakes are repetitive and I think the instructions are clear in the PR. You can still open a new PR when you finish making the changes. Thanks!

I'm not asking for the PRs to be reopened or evaluated. The code isn't up to standard. However, I cannot reopen the prs to fix my mistakes and remove the invalid label.

Because the label is on the PRs, all of my valid pull requests that I spent time on in other repositories are now invalidated due to the label. Would it be possible for you to remove the label and re-close the requests?

Hey, so I just noticed you took the labels off of the PRs. Hopefully that does the trick on the Hacktoberfest website. If not, I'll try to contact digitalocean about it.
