Addressed incorrect Cohesion application causing disconnect between URL bar and newtab page.

Removed some residual files not needed.

Discontinued Natsumi-tweaks. Users are still welcome to use n-t from v2.0.0 to get my tweaked styles for Natsumi.
Natsumi and PF still work side-by-side together, but my modifications (animation timing, tab border colors, etc) will not get updated.
