Luiz pointed out a better way to populate the out-table and I
adhered to his decision. Also, I made REM keys automatically lower-
case, for consistency with all the other values in the out-table.

  * More efficient way of populating the result table, smaller file
    size.
  * REM keys are now lower-cased.
