Limit the number of files per directory

You can tell now how many files shall be stored in a directory (0=no limit).
Directory structure depth will be adjusted automatically to fulfill it ("directory structure depth" setting is considered as a minimum depth in such case).
"Force directory creation for files with unique names" checkbox shall be only checked if directories on the target device are sorted before files (like under Windows).
