v2.0.0: Proper Multiple Turntable Support!

This release properly accounts for multiple tables that use the same device IDs, and writes individual calibration entries for each of them rather than assuming an index of 0.

The calibration files have also been merged into a single file, to simplify applying and resetting the calibrations.

This release changes the name of the file that installs the calibration, to more clearly show its purpose and distinguish it from the reset file. Wired turntables can also now be calibrated using the program, and a newline will be printed after each device that is checked to make it easier to tell what lines are for which device.
