WebMCam2.1.0.zip only contains WebMCam and NAudio, you will need to obtain the FFmpeg executable from https://ffmpeg.org/.

WebMCam2.1.0-FFmpeg.zip contains WebMCam, NAudio, and FFmpeg. It is the whole bundle.

  • Use Path.Combine instead of manually doing it
